Returns and Exchanges

Problem with your order? Please contact us via our “Contact Us” page at www.oysterspaws.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.  We will make every effort to come to a resolution regarding your product.     

We do accept returns and will make exchanges for all products other than custom work.  Sale items marked down 50% or more are not eligible for a return.  Items must be returned in their original condition and in the product packaging they arrived in.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
